磺酸类高分子电解质湿敏膜的制备和特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对磺酸类高分子电解质的湿敏材料—聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PS3)和磺化聚砜(SPSF)进行了研究,着重探讨了膜材料和膜的制备条件对湿敏特性的影响。结果表明具有一定磺化度的PSS和SPSF是一类优良的湿敏材料。由这些材料制作的湿度传感器具有良好的感湿性、线性、重现性和较好稳定性,响应时间短,并且制造工艺简单、成本低。 In this paper, the humidity-sensitive materials of sulfonated polyelectrolyte-polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) and sulfonated polysulfone (SPSF)were studied.The effects of film materials and the preparation condition of the humidity-sensitive films on humidity-sensitive characteristics were mainly discussed. The results showed that PSS and SPSF with centain degrees of sulfonation are excellent humidity-sensitive materials. These humidity sensors made by sulfonated polyelectrolyte materials have a good humidity sensitivity, humidity-sensitive linearity, reproducibility and a relative stability, furthermove, the response time are short, the manufacturing technology are simple and the cost are low .
