摘要
用Ar^+激光器的488.0,514.5nm和氦氖激光器的632.8nm激光线激励竹红菌甲素粉晶和它的乙醇、丙酮、甲苯溶液,测得它们的荧光光谱,荧光峰值波长与溶液极性有关,随着极性增强,峰值波长向短波方向移动,表明甲素分子电子能级间距离增大,相对于粉晶最大峰值位移达61.2nm。
t The powder of Hypocrelin A and it's alcohol, aceton and toluene solution were excited with Ar+laser-line 514. 5, 488. 0 nm and He-Ne laser-line 632.8 nm, and their fluorescence spectra have obtained. The fluorescence peak wavelengths are relative to the polarity of solvents. As the polarity getting stronger, the peak wavelength moves to the direction of short wave. This indicates that the distance between the electron energy levels of Hypocrelin A gets wide, the maximum peak shift is about 61.2 nm compared to the powder.
