摘要
在ICP-AES法中,Nd对其它稀土元素的光谱干扰严重。且随着其浓度的增加,具有加和性。本文研究了它的干扰情况,并采用校正系数来消除这种干扰。对样品的标准加入,各元素的回收率在84~l16%之间,RSD小于8.4%。
d emisssion spectrum is complcx. Its spectral interfercnce for other rare earth ele-ments is linear with the concentration increased of neodymium. In this paper,the corrctioncoefficient of Nd_2O_3 for other rare earth elements has been used to overcome the interference.The recovery are 84~116%。 RSD is less than 8.4%.
