摘要
本文介绍热力发电厂化学水处理微机监控系统的功能、组成、特点和程序设计方法.该系统解决了工业生产过程中大量数据采集与处理,众多对象和复杂工艺的程序控制;多级微机系统的结构及通讯,彩色高分辨率图形和文字实时显示,硬件和软件抗干扰的方法,事故分析和预防的措施,以及微机系统可靠性的测试方法等问题.实践效果良好,具有普遍意义.
The functions, constitution, character and method of programing of a microcomputer monitoring and control system for water chemical processing in thermo-power stations are described. The system solves problems arising from industrial production such as gathering and processing mass data, controlling numerous objects and complicated technics by computer program, the construction of multi-level microcomputer system and data communication in the system, the display of colourful Hi-res graphics and characters in the real-time way, the method of anti-interference of hardware and software, analysis and prevention of contingency and test of system ability, etc. Good results have been obtained in the operation of the system and it is proved that the system is suitable for general purpose in controlling industrial production.
