The Methodological Study on the MTV Quantitative Statistics for the Clinical Doctor Workloads

目的 探讨一种各级医院通用的临床医师工作量定量统计分析新方法 ,以实现临床医师工作的量化和比较。方法 依据病案信息统计各级医师月工作项目频数 ,采用特尔斐法进行综合评分 ,测算权重系数。结果 确定 18项测评指标 ,高、中、初三级 5 4个测评系数及个人工作量计算公式。提出了MTV工作量定量统计分析新方法。结论 MTV工作量定量统计分析方法 ,解决了目前各医院长期想解决、但一直无法解决的临床医师个人工作量量化难题 ,具有较高的应用价值和效益。

Objective To explore a new statistical method, which can be used in all levels of hospital to evaluate and compare clinical doctor workload quantitatively. Methods According to medical record statistical information, we measure some weight coefficient by applying Delphi method. Results Eighteen test items and 54 weight coefficients in high, middle and primary levels were obtained. And a new statistical MTV (multiple test value) method had been submitted. Conclusion Multiple test value method (MTV) solved a long-term difficult problem about testing individual doctor workload. Using MTV method broadly will bring out better social and economical benefits.
