摘要
乙肝病毒标志物阳性肺结核化疗易出现肝损害,应及时发现,积极处理,有选择用药,尽量避免因肝损害致化疗中断。本文主要阐述化疗引起肝损害的发病机制,临床表现,处理及预防。
Chemotherapy of tuberculosis can easily induce liver injury in patients with hepatitis B Virus markers positive. It must be timely found and urgently treated and antituberculotic drugs must be gelected to use, in attempt to avoid inhibition of chemotherapy. The article demonstrated the pathogenetic mechanisms, Clinical manifestations, treatment and prevention of liver injury.
