痛风患者红细胞变形能力的变化

The Change of Deformability of Red Blood Cell in Patients with Gout

对31名急性痛风性关节炎患者及35名无症状高尿酸血症患者的红细胞变形能力进行检测,并与30名健康人比较。结果:急性痛风性关节炎和无症状高尿酸血症患者的红细胞滤过指数(IF)分别为0.39±0.07和0.34±0.05,显著高于正常对照组的0.20±0.02(P均<0.01)。提示:痛风患者红细胞变形能力下降,其原因可能与患者血循环中尿酸水平升高有关。

In order to inspect the deformability of red blood cell of 31 patients with acute gouty arthritis and 35 patients with symptomless hyperuricemia, these patients were compared with 30 healthy persons. The result showed that the red blood cell's index of filtration of patient with acute gouty arthritis and patient with symptomless hyperuricemia was 0.39±0.07, 0.34±0.05, separately and it is obviously higher than normal contrasting group (0.20±0.02)(P<0.01). It is suggested that the deformability of red blood cell in patients with gout is decreased, and that may be relative to the increase of the patient's level of uric acid in blood circulation.
