左归丸对去卵巢所致大鼠骨质疏松症的治疗作用

Effect of Treatment of ZUOGUEI Pill on Ovariectomy-induced Osteoporosis in Rats

目的 :探讨左归丸对骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法 :以卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松大鼠为动物模型 ,采用骨组织形态计量学方法测定胫骨TBV %、TRS %、TFS %、AFS %、MAR、BFR、OWS和mAR。结果 :大鼠切除卵巢后 ,胫骨TBV %显著降低 ,TRS %以及TFS %、AFS %、MAR、BFR、OWS和mAR均显著增高 ,从而表明卵巢切除所造成的是一种骨吸收大于骨形成的高转换型骨质疏松症。给大鼠灌服左归丸后 ,能使上述指标发生逆转。结论

Objective:To study effect of treatment of ZUOGUEI Pill on osteoporosis.Method:the overiectomy induced osteoporosis rat model was Adopted.TBV%,TRS%,TFS%,AFS%,MAR BFR,OWS and mAR in shankbone were measured by bone histomorphometry.Result:After rats have been spaied,TBV% in sharkbone reduced markedly,but FRS%,TFS%,AFS% MAR,BFR,OWS and mAR heightened markendly.It shows:the osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy is the high transformation type which bone absorption in higher than bone formation.After the osteoporosis rats have been taken with ZUOGUEI Pill,TBV% in sharkbone heightened markedly,and FRS%,TFS%,AFS%,MAR,BFR,OWS and mAR reduced markendly.Conclusion:ZUOGUEI Pill can treat ostoporosis.
