胎盘粉制剂的免疫学实验研究

Study on Immunological Function of placental powder

目的 :探讨中药胎盘粉制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :检测了正常及免疫受抑小鼠机体非特异性和特异性免疫功能的几项指标 ,并进行比较分析。结果 :胎盘粉制剂能使小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬指数明显提高 (P <0 0 0 1) ;能明显增加免疫器官重量 (P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 5) ;对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化反应具有较强的促进作用 (P <0 0 1) ;使血清溶血素生成值显著提高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :说明中药胎盘粉制剂具有提高小鼠机体免疫系统功能的作用。

Objective:To study effects of Chinese Medicine placental powder on immune function in mice.Method:We determined and compared the several index of humoral nonspecific and specific immunity in the normal mice and immunosuppressive mice.Results:the placental powder could significantly increase the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage of mice,( P <0.001),it also enhanced obviously the immune organ weight of mice.( P <0.001, P <0.05),and improved the inversion response of splenic lymphocytes( P <0.01).In addition it could increase the production of serum hemolysin( P <0.01).Conclusion:the placental powder could improve immune function of the mice.
