一个贫困县的人口素质研究

STUDY ON POPULATION QUALITY IN A POVERTY-STRIKEN COUNTY

本文根据第四次人口普查和有关统计资料,对我省双柏县的人口思想、道德、身体、文化素质进行了全面而系统的分析。在思想道德素质方面,对干部群众的爱国热情、道德观念,组织纪律和公民权利义务感作了概括分析;在身体素质方面,就青少年的生长发育、病况以及残疾人口,征兵体检和体育发展状况进行了比较研究;在文化科技素质方面,从人口的文化程度及构成,文盲半文盲状况,教育事业的发展,尤其是民族教育的发展作了深入系统的综合论述,并提出了一些改进的意见。本文对贫困地区区域人口素质的研究有较好的参考价值。

Based on the statistical data obtained from the 4th National Census, the author of this article has made thorough and systematic analysis on the morality, health and education to the population of Shangbei County, Yunnan Province. The study on morality includes potriotism, morals and discipline, as well as citizens' rights and responsibilities. comparative study is also made on the quality of health, such as juvenile growth, illness, disabl ed population, conscription checkup, and the development of physical education. In terms of education, the article discusses the education level illiteracv the development of science and technology. Priority is given to the education development in areas inhabited by minority peoples.
