摘要
采用再生胶与天然胶按不同比例混合并用,测试其物理机械性能、电绝缘性能及耐老化性,分析比较发现:再生胶20％、天然胶80％混合并用可替代原全天然胶生产XH-02A型和XH-00A型电缆橡皮护套。并用胶护套配方不但完全达到国家标准,而且在耐老化性能方面还优于全天然胶配方,同时可降低成本。
Mix reclaimed rubber with natural rubber in different mixture ratio. Test and analys their physical,mechanical and insulation properties and aging qualities.The rubber compound made from reclaimed rubber 20% and natural rubber 80% can substitute for the pure natural rubber to produce XH —02A and XH—00A cable sheaths. The mixture rubber sheath compound is not only in complete conformity with the National standard, but also superior to the pure natural rubber sheath compound in the resistance to ageing. And it may reduce the cost of production.
