摘要
本文介绍一种用计算机分析心电图时对QRS波进行检测与识别的新方法。在现有方法的基础上,抛弃了以单一导联为基准的做法,提出了以三个准正交导联为基准、构成准正交复合波进行波形检测的新方法。主要特点是在准正交复合波上检测R峰,并采用双阈值的斜率法进行波峰识别及一阶和二阶差分相结合的方法实现波群起止点的识别。
This paper describes a new method to detect and identify the QRS complexs in ECG analysis by computer. Other than the old methods with used a single lead as reference,we constructed composite waves from three pesudo-orthogoned leads. On the composited ECG trace,R peaks were identified with two thresholds of slopes, the combination of the first and second differences were employed to locate the start poits and end points.
