STUDY OF PALLADIUM COMPLEXES WITH AZOBENZENE TYPE MOLECULAR LIQUID CRYSTALLINE

摘要 本文合成了三种含尾端孤立双键的偶氮型钯配合物液晶,用元素分析、IR、UN、ESCA等手段对其结构进行了表征。采用DSC、偏光显微镜和WAXS等方法研究了它们的液晶行为。 Three of palladium complexes of azo-type compounds were synthesized,and characterized by IR measurement,UV spectroscopic analysis,ESCA measurement and elemental analysis. Their liquid crystallinity was stuied by DSC,X-ray diffraction analysis and polariziing microscopic observation. The prepared complexes were all shown to be thermotropical liquid crystalline. It was found when the carbon number of the alkoxy increased the melting point and clearing point decreased. These complexes can be polymerized with vinyl terminal in their molecules by hydrosilylation reaction.
