儿童原发性肾病综合征易感性与先天性禀赋相关因素的探讨

Research into Children's Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Susceptibility between Congenital Correlation Factor

探讨儿童原发性肾病综合征与父母禀赋的相关性。通过问卷方式调查 82例肾病患儿和 10 0例健康儿父母的健康状态及胎产史 ,得知父母存在有肾精气不足的A、B、C、D、E 5种因素者 ,其所生子女患肾病的危险性比无此 5种因素者大 ,且与健康儿比较有明显性差异。故儿童原发性肾病综合征易感性与先天禀赋不足 (肾精气不足 )相关 ,尤其是单纯性肾病。

Research into the correlation factor between children's primary nephrotic syndrome and their parent. According to quetionnaire of the health and the fetus birth process of 82 nephropathic children's parent and 100 healthy children's parent,reach the conclusion that the parent who have inadequacy of nephos and pneuma in five factor, such as A.B.C.D.E, their children are easier catch nephropathy than those who haven't. Moreover, it is obvious a great difference compare with the healthy children. So, susceptibility is correlate with congenital inadequacy inadequacy of nephos and pneuma, especially in simple nephropathy in children's nephritic syndrome.
