摘要
目的 探讨电抽搐治疗 (ECT)精神分裂症时血清催乳素 (PRL) ,生长激素 (GH )水平的变化情况。方法 采用放射免疫法对 2 1例精神分裂症患者在第 1、4、6次ECT前后各 15分钟的血清PRL、GH水平进行比较研究。结果 ECT后PRL和GH水平较ECT前显著升高 ;各次ECT后PRL和GH的释放值无显著区别。结论 支持精神分裂症的多巴胺功能亢进的假说 ,ECT具有神经阻滞样抗多巴胺能作用 ,导致这两种激素水平一过性升高。
Objective To explore the changes of serum prolacin (PRL) and growth hormone (GH) during electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).Methods Prolactin and growth hormone serum levels were measured 15 minutes before and after the 1st 4th and 6th ECT,with radioimmunoassay in 23 schizophrenic patients.Results PRL and GH levels increased significantly after ECT.PRL and GH release value had no obvious difference among those after the 1st,4th and 6th ECT.Conclusions The results supported the hypothesis of dopamine(DOPA) hyperactivity of schizophrenia and suggested that ECT had a neuroleptic like,anti dopaminergic action which induced the increase of these hormone levels.
