哌啶二苯丙醇及其盐酸盐的合成研究

Synthesis and Studies on Pridinol and Pridinol Hydrochloride

本文采用两条不同的合成路线合成了哌啶二苯丙醇（Ⅰ）及其盐酸盐（Ⅱ）,其结构经过了IR、MS鉴定,改进了反应条件,提高了收率,比较了两条合成路线,实验结果证明路线（Ⅰ）是比较理想的合成路线。

In this paper, two methods have been used to synthesize two compounds of pridinol and pridinol hydrochloride. The structures of ( I ) and ( Ⅱ ) have been identified by IR and MS. Conditions of chemical reactions have been improved and yield raised. Two methods have been compared. The experimental results proved that method (1) better than method (2) .
