对影响利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果及其副反应因素的分析

Influence factors related to the efficacy and side-effect of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的 分析影响利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果及其副反应的因素。方法 对符合CCMD -2 -R精神分裂症诊断标准的 116例住院经利培酮治疗 8周以上出院的患者作回顾性分析。所得资料均进行数理检验及多元逐步回归分析。结果 利培酮显效率 (痊愈 +显进 )达 75 .86% ,副反应发生率为 2 7.5 9% ,但表现轻微可逆。逐步回归分析揭示 ,影响利培酮治疗精神分裂症效果的主要因素为 :偏执型、用药方式、发病年龄和病前性格 ;影响其副反应者为 :日用剂量、精神病家族史。结论 利培酮治疗精神分裂症虽然疗效较好、副反应少。但其疗效及副反应均受多种因素影响。

Objective To explore the influence factors related to the efficacy and side effect or risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods The data of 116 schizophrenic inpatients who had been treated with risperidone for eight weeks or longer were analysed retrospetively.All subjects meet CCMD-2-R criteria for schizophrenia.Multivariate analyses were used.Results 88 patient (75.86%) were much improved with the treatment of risperidone.32 patients (27.59%) occurred side effects.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that the main factors contributing to efficacy of risperidone were paranoid type,single or combined with other antipsychotic drugs ,onset age and premorbid character.The main factors contributing to side effect of risperidone were daily dose and family heredity.Conclusion The efficacy and side effect of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is affected by multiple factors.
