摘要
腹斑倭蛙:2n=26(16M+10SM),NF=52,除 Nos 2,3,4,6,9等五对为SM外,其余诸对均为 M,次缢痕位于8q,威宁蛙2n=26(18 M+8 SM),NF=52,除Mos 3,4,6,7等四对为 SM外,其余各对为 M,次缢痕出现在1q和 7q两处,前者频率较高。根据相对长度、臂比值和次缢痕的位置和数目讨论了蛙亚科的核型演化机制,推断可能是相互易位和臂间倒位为主。
The karyotypes of two frog species (Rana weiningensis and Nanorana ventripunctata) were reported here. For N. ventripunctata 2n = 26 (16 M+10 SM) , NF = 52, NOS. 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 are SM, the secondary constriction located on 8 q. And 2n = 26 (18M+8SM), NF = 52, NOS. 3. 4, 6, 7 are SM and the secondary constriction is on 1 q and 7 q in R. weiningensis. Finally the karyotypic evolution mechanism for subfamily of Raninae based on the relative length, arm ratio and the location of secondary constriction is discussed.
