凉血活血汤治疗寻常性银屑病临床观察及TNF-α水平检测

Clinical Efficacy and Serum TNF-α Testing of LXHXT Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的 探讨中药凉血活血汤治疗寻常性银屑病疗效。方法应用凉血活血汤对１４０例寻常性银屑病患者进行临床治疗观察，用放射免疫法检测部分患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ－ａ）水平。结果凉血活血汤总有效率为 ８６．４３％，与对照组差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），患者血清ＴＮＦ－ａ水平疗后降低。结论凉血活血汤是治疗银屑病的有效方剂。疗后患者血清ＴＮＦ－ａ水平有所下降。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of LiangXueHuoXueTang (LXHXT ) decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Lesions and serum level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of patients with psoriasis were compared before and after treatment with LXHXT decoction. Results The total effective rate of LXHXT was 86. 3 %, no significant difference as compared with that of control group. Serum level of TNF-α of patients improved significantly after treatment. Conclusion Psoria- sis vulgaris responds to LXHXT decoction, the mechanism of Which seems to be mediated by TNF-α.
