摘要
目的 探讨白细胞介素－１２（ＩＬ－１２）在带状疱疹（ＨＺ）发病中的作用。方法 采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１２６例 ＨＺ 患者血清中 ＩＬ－１２水平，并对 ３３例 ＨＺ 患者急性期和恢复期血清 ＩＬ－１２水平进行了比较。结果 ＨＺ 患者急性期血清中ＩＬ－１２水平明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。３３例患者恢复期血清ＩＬ－１２水平较急性期明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０２）。结论ＨＺ患者血清中ＩＬ－１２水平与其病情活动性相关，ＩＬ－１２可能参与了ＨＺ的发病。
Objective To investigate the role of interleukin-12(IL-12) in the pathogenesis of herpes zoster(HZ). Methods Serum levels of IL-12 we determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 126 HZ patients and the serum IL-12 levels in acute and convalescent stage from 33 HZ patients were also observed. Results Serum IL- 12 levels were significantly lower in group of 126 HZ patients than those in the control group(P<0. 01). The serum levels of IL- 12 were significantly higher in convalescent stage than that in acute stage from 33 HZ patients (P<0. 02). Conclusion These results indicated that there is a relationship between the serum levels of IL-12 and the activity of HZ. The results the suggest that IL-12 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HZ.
