摘要
应用拉曼光谱,研究了磷酰化氨基酸(PAA)对人红细胞膜的作用。通过考察作用前后膜的特征峰变化,确定了作用方式,证实PAA对人红细胞膜有一定的修饰作用,能增加膜流动性,其中PAA碳链长度的影响尤为明显。
The interaction between phosphatizing amino-acid and erythrocyte membranewas studied by Raman spectroscopy.The result showed that after addition of phosphatizingamino-acid,membrane’s fluidity was arised and varied effecting from length of carbon chainof phosphatizing amino-acid.It can be proved that phosphatizing amino-acid can modif.ery-rhrocyte membrane.
