应激量表在精神分裂症中的应用

A Study of the Stress Profile used in Schizophrenia

目的 :为探测应激与精神分裂症的关系。方法 :采用Wheatley应激量表 (WSP)对 42例精神分裂症病人进行评定。同时对精神分裂症病人治疗前后进行BPRS与WSP相关测定。且与 60例抑郁症、3 0例正常人之间进行对照。结果 :精神分裂症应激总分明显高于正常人低于抑郁症 ,但社会习惯、社会交往应激因子分却明显高于抑郁症 ,精神分裂症经治疗后应激评分明显下降 ,且BPRS与WSP具有良好的相关性。结论 :心理社会因素在精神分裂症发生发展过程中具有一定的作用。

Objective:To study the relationships between stress and schizophrenia. Methods:WSP was used as an instrument for assessment of stress in 42 cases of schizophrenia, compared with 60 cases of depression disorders, 30 cases being normal persons. Correlation between BPRS and WSP was tested in schizophrenia. Results suggested that patients with schizophrenia have more stress problems than normal persons and lower stress marks than those with depression disorders. But social habits and social relationship stress sub-scores in schizophrenia were higher than those in depression disorders. Stress marks in schizophrenia were obviously decreased after the treatment. WSP and BPRS were confirmed that there were good correlations. Conclusion:The results suggested that psychosocial factors have some action in the development of schizophrenia.
