Synthesis of Diamides from 2-benzothiazolyl Dithiolesters and Amines

由二酰氯1_(a～e)与巯基苯并噻唑反应得到5个二酰硫基苯并噻唑2_(a～e),产率为72％～94％.后者与劳胺衍生物反应得到二酰芳胺衍生物4_(a～j),其中4_((a～f),(b～i))产率为83％～97.9％.4_g的产率为47.2％.2_(a,b,e)未见报导.

Alkane-dioyl dichlorides la-e reacted with 2-mercaptobenzoxazole in the presence of triethyl amine at room temperature, forming alkane-dioyl derivatives (2a-e) of 2-mercaptobenzoxazole. By condensation of the correspording active esters of the dibasic acids and 2-mercaptobenzoxazole 2a-e with the aromatic amines 3a-d, the diamides 4a-j were obtained mostly in good yields.
