摘要
目的 探讨监测 AFP变化在肝癌冷冻治疗中的价值。方法 分析本院 1995年 5月～ 1998年 5月术前 AFP阳性的原发性肝癌患者 6 2例 ,其中冷冻治疗 2 4例 ,观察冷冻治疗前后血清 AFP的动态变化。结果 原发性肝癌患者 ,冷冻治疗术后 3d变化不明显 ,术后半月 AFP值基本正常。结论 AFP值的变化在肝癌冷冻治疗中有一定特征 ,检测 AFP值变化可以对肝癌冷冻治疗的疗效和预后作出判断。
Objective To evaluate the volues of screen AFP in cryosugery of HCC.Methods From May 1995 to May 1998,62 patients with HCC which AFP(+)before operation were analysised in our hospital(24 patients were treated with cryosugery),and observed the data of AFP in cyosugery of HCC. Results With HCC,the data of AFP was unchanged after 3 days of cryosugery and was normal after 15 days.Conclusion The data of AFP have some special points,screen the data of AFP can judge the prevention and the affect of treatment.
