维生素C和高压氧对快速减压大鼠肺组织SOD活性的影响

摘要 目的 :观察快速减压大鼠肺组织SOD活性的变化以及维生素C和高压氧对SOD的保护作用。方法 :SD大鼠在6 0 0kPa空气中暴露 6 0min ,于减压后第 90min和 180min分别测定快速减压组、缓慢减压组、常压纯氧组、高压氧组、维生素C处理组以及正常对照组动物肺组织的SOD活性。结果 :缓慢减压的动物肺内SOD活性与对照组无明显差异 ;快速减压后90min和 180min时SOD活性都明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;维生素C处理组和HBO组 90min时的SOD活性都恢复到对照水平 ,180min时 ,只有维生素C处理组和维生素C结合HBO组的SOD恢复至对照水平。结论 Aim: To investigate the effects of vitamin c and HBO on SOD activity in rat lungs after rapid decompression. Methods: SD rats, randomly divided into the rapid decompression group, the slow decompression group, the normal pressure oxygen group, the HBO group and the vitamin c group, were exposed to an air pressure of 600 kPa for 60 min. At 90 min and 180 min after decompression , the SOD activities in the pulmonary tissue of the animals were assayed. Results: No significant difference in the SOD activity could be seen between the slow decompression group and the control; the SOD activities in the rapid decompression group either at 90 min or 180 min after decompression were obviously lower than those of the groups treated with HBO and/or vitamin c. Conclusion: both vitamin c and HBO could prevent the reduction of the activity induced by rapid decompression. HBO could improve ischemia and inhibit the activity of WBC, thus decreasing generation of oxygen radicals, which helped to prevent decrease in SOD activity .
