激光照射加窝沟封闭治疗中老年人早期根面龋的临床观察

Observation of clinical effects on early root-surface caries with sealed after irradiation with pulsed laser

目的 :观察Nd :YAG激光照射后光敏窝沟封闭剂封闭 ,治疗中老年人早期根面龋的临床效果。方法 :用脉冲Nd :YAG激光照射龋损区 ,然后用光敏窝沟封闭剂封闭 ,定期复查。结果 :治疗组 83例早期根面龋齿中 ,成功 6 9例 ,有效 11例 ,失败 3例 ,疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :Nd :YAG激光照射后用窝沟封闭剂封闭对早期根面龋有较好的疗效。

AIM: To observe the treatment effects of sealed after irradiation with pulsed Nd:YAG laser for early root surface caries. METHOD: The root surface caries is irradiated by pulsed Nd:YAG laser, then sealed with light-cured sealant. RESULTS: In 83 cases of carious tooth of the treatment group, the success rate, effective rate and failure rate were 83.13%, 13.25% and 3.61%, respectively. The effects of the treatment group was much better than the control group( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The study indicated that the light cured sealant sealed after Nd:YAG laser irradiation was a good theraputic method for early root-surface caries. [
