摘要
探讨了 KMnO4氧化和酸性蛋白酶降解相组合对羊毛织物进行减量加工的工艺条件,试验结果表明:新工艺减量效果好,柔软度和织物强度好,手感丰满。酸性蛋白酶用于羊毛织物后整理反应条件温和,对织物损伤小,环境污染少。
Anew technique for decrement treatment of wool textile was carried out by acid protease degradation coupling with KMnO4 oxidation. Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions were KMnO4 5% (o. w. f) ,penetrating agent 200g/L, pH= 3, 50℃ ,bath ratio 1: 30,oxidation treated for 1 hour,Then adding acid protease in and making its final concentration 15 μ/ml, NaHSO3 6% (o. w. f) ,pH= 3 ,50℃,bath ratio 1: 30,degradation treated for 45min;finally raising the temperature to 80℃ so as to deactivate and washing, drying of wool textile. Under these optimum conditions, the decrement rate of wool textile was about 8.4% . softness and strength were highly acceptable
