Investigation on the Production for Super High-Speed Spinning of PA6 Zheng Shuang

在日本东丽ＴＷ５０３纺丝机上以４５００ｍ／ｍｉｎ的纺速生产出了超高速纺锦纶６（ＨＯＹ）。对其生产工艺，尤其对纺丝工艺做了介绍，得到了一些有实用价值的结果。

The investigation of the super high-speed spinning production production processes of PA6 was described in this paper. The results showed that the production processes of PA6 with high quality chip, spinning speed 4500 m/s, spinning temperature 265℃, and oil pick-up 0.9% were proved to be satisfactory.
