摘要
研究了硫脲与双氧水水溶剂法制备甲脒亚磺酸的反应。以硫脲与双氧水同时缓慢加入溶剂水中的加料方式 ,水与硫脲的用量比23∶15 ,双氧水用量比1.1∶1(与计量双氧水用量比) ,反应温度15℃ ,加完料后继续反应1h的反应条件 ,产品的产率可达77.74 % ,高于文献值42%。
Preparation of formamidine sulphinic acid with thiourea and hydrogen peroxide by aqueous solvent process was researched. Thiourea and hydrogen peroxide were simultaneously and slowly added to the aqueous solvent with the ratio of water to thiourea (23∶15) and to hydrogen peroxide (1.1∶1). The reaction temperature was 15℃. Reaction continued for 1h after completion of charging. The product yield can reach 77.74% which is 42% higher than that reported in the lileratures.
