摘要
研究了涤仿麻织物在染整加工中的碱减量处理。探讨了碱剂NaOH、促进剂SN用量对减量率的影响。减量率随NaOH浓度的增加而提高 ,但在一定浓度范围NaOH浓度的变化对减量率影响较小;促进剂SN浓度低于0.5g/L ,SN浓度的变化对减量率影响很大 ,0.5~1.5g/L影响较小 ,高于2g/L趋于平衡。碱减量处理改善了涤仿麻织物的透气性、光泽 ,使织物轻盈飘逸有仿丝感。
The research on alkali reduction treatment of linen-like polyester fabric in dyeing and finishing addressed the effect of the dosages of NaOH and promoter SN on the rate of weight reduction. The rate of weight reduction increased as the concentration of NaOH increased, but within a certain concentration range, the change in NaOH concentration had less impact on the rate. When the concentration of SN was less than 0.5g/ L, the change in SN concentration had significant impact on the rate. When the concentration was 0.5~1.5g/ L, it had less impact; when more than 2g/ L, it tended to become equilibrium. The alkali weight redution of linen-like polyester fabric improved its air permeability and luster and made the fabric light and floating as silk.
