摘要
目的 提高脉络丛乳头状瘤的CT和MRI诊断水平。方法 进行 18例CT和MRI检查与手术病理 -光镜、电镜超微结构和免疫组化对照研究。结果 肿瘤位于脑室系统 14例 ,小脑 4例。CT表现为略高密度或混合密度肿瘤伴钙化 ;MRIT1WI呈低信号或混合信号 ,T2WI呈高信号。光镜和电镜 :显示肿瘤细胞单层或复层排列 ,有胶原纤维、毛细血管、钙化小体等。免疫组化 :vimentin、S 10 0、cytokeratin、EMA、GFAP均表达阳性。对照组室管膜瘤则cytokeratin和EMA表达阴性。结论 提高CT、MRI对脉络丛乳头状瘤与室管膜瘤的鉴别诊断水平 。
Objective To improve the diagnostic level of CT and MRI in choroid plexus papilloma. Methods the imaging findings of CT, MRI and the material of pathology,ultrastructure and immunohistochemistry in 18 cases of choroid plexus papilloma were compared. Results The locations of 10 cases were ventriculu system, and 4 cases were cerebellum. CT:the tumors with calcification revealed slight high density or mixed masses.MRI:T1WI showed low intensity or mixed intensity, T2WI showed high intensity. Light microscope and electron microscope:the alignment of cells was mondayer or complexus with collagenous fibers,capillary and calcification body. Immunohistochemistry: vimentin, S 100, cytokeratin, EMA, GFAP were all positive in the cases with choroid plexus papilloma while cytokeratin and EMA were megative in the cases with ependynoma. Conclusion Improving the differentiation level of CT and MRI between choroid plexus papilloma and ependynoma is useful in climical treament. [
