摘要
对麦草进行了两种置换蒸煮方式的小试研究,即 RDH蒸煮和改良置换蒸煮的研究。研究结果表明,对麦草进行置换蒸煮,可以得到白度高、强度好、硬度低、能耗低的深度脱木素纸浆,这为提高成浆质量及减少漂白污染创造了良好的条件。
The paper presents the results of bench experiments on RDH cooking and improved displacement cooking of wheat straw.Bench experiments showed that displacement cooking process can be used to produce wheat straw pulp with lower permanganate number,higher strength,higher brightness.
