计算机的发展对医学图象处理有着巨大的推动作用。构建掌纹数据库系统对于推广和普及掌纹图象的应用有着重大意义。本文讲述了构建掌纹信息系统的基本思路和过程,包括当今流行的软硬件平台及理想的开发工具。
Computer's development has a great impulse on medical images processing. Constructing the Palm Print Information System is of significance to promote and popularize the application of palm images. This paper states the basic idea and process of constructing it,including popular hardware and software platforms and ideal development tools.
