摘要
自 2 0世纪 6 0年代以来 ,全胃肠外营养已得到了极大的发展。然而长期全胃肠外营养所致并发症亦越来越受到人们的关注。
Since 1960s,total parental nutrition(TPN) has had a great development,while complications after long term of TPN has also been recognized.This article reviews intestinal permeability changes after TPN,its possible mechanism and some recent research progresses.
