摘要
1997年我院依据国家、军队有关“继续医学教育”和“军队护士规范化培训”的文件精神 ,在全院临床科室试行护理人员继续教育学分制管理。结果显示 :护理人员专业技能和理论水平及行为规范均取得显著效果。继续护理学教育的实施 ,利于护理人员的综合素质培养 ,及时评价与修订《实施方案》,是保证继续护理学教育深入发展的前提 ;建立训练考核 -综合评价 -管理使用体系是保持继续护理学教育生命力的根本措施。
According to the file spirit of “Keeping Medical Education”of our country and “Army Nurse Normalization Training”, we try out continue education credit administration to paramedic of clinical department in whole hospital in 1997. The results showed that occupation skill , theoretical level and behavior criterion were obtained marked effect. Continue nurse education is beneficial to quality training of nurse staff. Evaluating and castigating in time is the premise to guarantee deep development of continue nurse education. Building up the system of training and examination ,synthetical evaluation and management is the radical measure to keep on vitality of continue nurse education.
