护理人员业余时间资源的利用

为探讨护理人员业余时间资源的利用情况 ,对我院 2 2 7名护理人员的业余时间资源进行了调查。认为护理人员业余时间资源的知识开发意识有待加强 ,部分护理人员对知识扩大化的认知有待提高 ,部分护理人员还是要走以自学为主的道路。应增加护理人员业余时间资源的开发投资 ,开展多层次、多渠道、多形式的继续护理学教育 ,以适应知识经济社会和护理学发展的需要。

To probe into using of the off hours resource of the nursing staff, it is researched that the off hours resource of 227 nursing staff in our hospital. It is strengthened that the knowledge exploitation consciousness of the off hours resource of the nursing staff. It is increased that the cognize of the part nursing staff to the knowledge magnify. The part nursing staff should still walk the roadway according to the self-culture .It should is increased that the developing investment of the off hours resource on the nursing staff. It is developed that the multiplayer, many channel, multiform continue nurse education. It is adapted to the knowledge economy society and require of the nurse development.
