化湿汤对冠心病患者血浆心钠素、内皮素及血脂的影响及临床观察

Effect of Huashi Decoction on Plasma Atrialnatriuretic Polypeptide,Endothelin and Blood Lipid in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Clinical Observation

应用化湿汤治疗 5 0例痰浊型冠心病 (CHD)患者 ,并与冠心Ⅱ号方治疗血瘀型冠心病患者 5 0例作对照。结果表明 :两组皆取得较好的疗效。用药后不仅心绞痛等症状明显缓解 ,而且能改善心电图 ,降低血浆心钠素(ANP) ,内皮素 (ET)和血脂 (TC、TG)等临床客观指标。其作用机制可能与阻滞细胞Ca+ + 内流有关。

50 patients with phlegm dampness syndrome of coronary heart disease were treated with Huashi decoction.The effect of the treatment was compared with that of 50 patients with blood-stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease treated with Guangxin Ⅱ decoction.The results showed that the two groups got a good effects.After having administered the decoctions,the patients were markedly relived from pectoral angina.Meanwhile the clinical objective index such as electrocardiogram was improved and atrialnatriuretic polypeptide,endothelin and blood lipid were decreased.The therapeutic mechanism might relate to the inhibition of Ca ++ moving into cells.
