摘要
目的 :探讨由莫菲氏滴管加入 (简称加滴管 )静滴药物的药液量范围 ,滴出液最大药物浓度及滴完加滴管内药物所需要的液体量。方法 :用不同浓度相同容积及相同浓度不同容积的红墨水 ,分别加滴管静滴。观察滴出药液的颜色变化规律 ,滴完加滴管药物所需要的液体量 ,找出加滴管内静滴药物的适宜药液量范围 ,并计算滴出药液的浓度。结果 :不同浓度相同容积及相同浓度不同容积的药液 ,在不超过一次性输液器滴壶内的标准液体量 ,即 4ml的范围内 ,滴出液药物浓度为原药液浓度的X/2 1,X为原药液的ml数。滴完加滴管内药物所需液体量均为 42ml。若大于此量 ,滴管的置换作用下降 ,当超过输液器滴管内标准液体量的 3倍时 ,即可滴出原药液 ,滴完加滴管内药物所需液体量也增加。结论 :凡能稀释后静注的药物均可加滴管静滴 ,药液量勿 >4ml。加滴管静滴药物时输液瓶内应至少有 5
Objective: To find out medicine volume of intravenous dropper the maximum concentration and volume used to drip the medicine.Method: observate the volume used to drip the medicine color changes of mercawchrome in same volume with different concentration and same concentration in olifferent volume to find out the most suitable volume and corcentration.Result: The maximum concentration of drags in dropper was X/21 of the primary medicine concentration,X was volume of primary medicine liquid.the volume used to drip the medicine is 42ml.If,the primary medicine volvme is thrce times of dropper pot (4ml).the volume of liquid uscd to drip the medicine will increase.Conclusion: primary medicine volume should be less than 4ml.the liquid volume in the dripping bottle should be more than 50ml with intravenous dropper used.
