摘要
以异源六倍体小黑麦幼穗作外植体,愈伤组织诱导培养基内2,4-D 浓度调节在2. 0~2. 5mg/l 之间,其诱导效果最佳,接种后6天后的诱导率达70%,9天后达95%。在继代培养基中2,4-D 浓度调到3. 5~4. 0mg/l 之间,继代的愈伤组织发育良好,质量高。在分化培养基中6-BA、KT、IAA 的组配比例为1:0. 9:0. 3时,能提高分化率,一般可达80%以上。
The young panicle of allohexoploid triticale was used as explant.The best medium for callus induction was 2,4-D ranged from 2. 0 to2. 5mg/1. Induction frequency was 70% after 6 days,and 95% after 9 days of induction.When the 2,4-D concentration was raisen from3. 5mg/1 to 4. 0mg/1 during subculture of callus,the tissues grew better.The differentiation frequency of the plant reached more than 80% during differentiation culture when the three hormones were properly combined (6-BA:KT:IAA=1:0. 9:0. 3) .
