摘要
本文推导出计算双圆弧齿轮受载后的啮入啮合点的公式。使用逐步逼近法求得超前啮合角,并用FORTRAN语言设计的啮入冲击分析计算程序,确定了改善啮入冲击准则,实现低噪声双圆弧齿轮传动。
The formula of meshing point of loaded Double Circular Arc Gear is derived.Advanced meshing angle is obtained by Using successive approximate method.The characteristics of meshing impact is improved by using meshing analysis procedure in FORTRAN language so that such gears will have low-noise performance.
