摘要
利用工业生产多晶硅副产的SiCl4为原料与脂肪醇反应合成原硅酸酯,再经过催化水解缩合聚合,制备含硅氧链的高聚物.该高聚物用有机高分子物改性,可制得耐高温耐腐的材料.
Using Silicon tetrachlorid from a by product of the industial prepartion for polycrytalline silicon as a new material and being ted with fatty alcohol, an orthogono-silicate ester has been synthesized, and then by catalyti ti' ization and condensation polymerization a high polymer containing silic-oxide chain i;tined. After the polymer being modified by organic polymer,the high temperature and ic n resisting material can be made.
