摘要
在激光表面涂敷技术中,一种方法是用气体运载金属和陶瓷粉末从激光输出口喷出,溶化后在基底表面形成覆盖层.喷出的粉状微粒在基底表面上的分布情况对涂敷的质量有很大的影响.本文从理论上研究了被运载的粉状材料从圆形喷口喷出后的运动情况,得到了在管口下方的基底材料表面上的分布形式,与实验的结果基本符合.这对提高激光表面涂敷的质量,从实验上改进喷粉微粒在基底表面的分布形式提供了参考依据.
In laser Surface applicatin,one of the ways is to spur the gas-carrying metal or procelain powder from the laser outset to from a covering layer on the surface of the basis after being melted.The distribution of spurted mealy partieles have a great influence on the quality of laser application. This article discusses theoretically the movement of the carried powder material after being spurted from the outlet and the distribution form of the powder pile on the surface of the basis material below the mouth of the pipe is achieved.This corresponds with the result of the experiment.This is of great theoretic significances to the improvement of the laser surface application and also provides references to the im- provement of the distribution form of powder pile in experimentation.
