摘要
本文利用SnCl2还原V(IV)后余量SnCl2使甲基橙褪色,建立分光光度法测钒,最大吸收波长λmax=510mm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε=2.8×10^4。
In this paper a method of absorption spectrophotometry is developed to determine vanadium,that is,V(Ⅳ)is reduced by SnCl_2 chloride and methy orange is decolored by excess SnCl_2 chloride.The absorption maxium at 510 nm for the determination and the formal absorption coeffient is 2.8x 10~4.
