摘要
根据国标(GB475—83—2.1)的规定:“在横截皮带运输机煤流采样时,所使用的机械化采样器应能采出煤流全断面煤样。”为此,开滦煤矿唐山矿新研制了一种应用于皮带运输机的、双臂全断面煤流自动取样机。本文对该机的主要部分采样器作出了理论分析和探讨,同时还提出采样器有关参数的新的优化和设想。
The National Standard of China GB475-83-2.1 stipulates that when samples of coal are taken across the coal flow on a belt conveyer,the mechanized sampler used ought to has the ability of taking out the full-sectional samples of the coal flow. Thus the Tangshan Administration of KMA developed a new type of double arm-full section-auto sampling machine used in coal flow sampling on a belt conveyer. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the sampler-the main devics of this machine. The optimizing method of related parameters of the sampler is also discussed.
