论述了斜交微面上应力合理的充分与必要条件，提出了两种描述方法，指出了其实质是平衡条件；以楔形微体为例给出了描写应力互换定律的一般公式。为迅速检查斜交微面上的应力是否存在（即是否合理），给出了求应力分量的解析式。

This paper expounds the reasonable, sufficient and necessary conditions about the stress on an oblique diminutive area. It tables two descriptive methods and indicates that the substancial problem is the equilibration condition. The general formula to describe the reciprocation law of stress is given with diminutive wedges. For quick check of the existence or the reasonableness of the stress on an oblique diminutive area we work out the analytical formula.
