摘要
目的观察健脑合剂对小鼠耳廓微循环及断头小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法昆明种小鼠 72只,雌雄兼用,随机分为 4组: (1)健脑合剂 5g/kg;(2)健脑合剂 4g/kg;(3)桂利嗪 20mg/kg;(4)对照组等容 NS。结果健脑合剂 5g/kg组断头后呼吸次数、持续时间以及耳廓血流速度、流量与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P< 0.01),与桂利嗪比较无统计学意义 (P >0.05)。健脑合剂 4g/kg组断头后呼吸次数与对照组比较无差异,但持续时间、耳廓血流速度、血流量与对照组有显著性差异 (P< 0.05)。结论健脑合剂能明显改善小鼠耳廓微循环、增加血流量及提高耐缺氧能力。
Objective To observe the effect of brain tonic mixture on the auricular circulation of the mouse and anoxia tolerance of decapitated mouse.Mothods 72 mice of the kunming species,both males and females,were randomly divided into these four groups:(1)brain tonie mixture 5 g/kg;(2)brain tonic mixture 4 g/kg;(3)Cinnarizine 200 mg/kg;(4)isovolumic NS controlgroup.Results There were remarkable differences(P< 0.01)in respiratory rate,the duration,and auricular vascular blood speed and flow between brain tonic mixture 5g/kg and the control groop,but no statistical significance between brain tonic mixture 5 g/kg and Cinnarizine group.After decapitation,the brain tonic nicture 4 g/kg group was not different in respiratory rate from the control group,but remarkably different in the duration auricular blood speed and blood flow(P< 0.05).Conclusion Brain tonic mixture can obviously improve auricular microcirculation,increase blood flow and raise the anoxia tolerance of the mouse.
