摘要
目的 探讨甘油果糖注射液对急性肺损伤的治疗作用。方法 用油酸造成急性肺损伤动物模型,采用动脉血气分析、肺干湿比值、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中总蛋白测定及血液流变学检测等方法监测急性肺损伤大鼠在甘油果糖治疗前后水肿、肺血流动力学的变化。结果 甘油果糖治疗后实验动物从血气、血液流变到BALF总蛋白等各项指标都有不同程度的改善,病理检查亦见病变明显减轻。结论 甘油果糖注射液可有效治疗急性化学性肺损伤。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of glycerine - fructose injection (GF) on acute lung in-jury.Methods The blood gas analysis, lung wet/dry ratio, total protein concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and hemorrlleological detection were used to monitor the change of pulmonary edema and hemodynamics pre and post the treatment of GF in acute lung injury (ALI) rats caused by oleic acid.Results All the physiological and biochemical indices were remarkably improved in-cluding blood gas, hemorrheology and total protein concentration in BALF after treatment of GF.The pathological examination also proved the relief of pulmonary injury. Conclusion The glycerine - fructose injection may effective treat ALI caused by chemicals.
