摘要
将采自野外的同一批细纹豆芫菁成虫用半人工饲料饲养 ,取刚结束交配 (A组 )、交配结束后单养 4天 (B组 )和未交配 (C组 )的两性成虫的血淋巴和各器官 ,分别测其斑蝥素含量。结果显示 ,斑蝥素含量在两性个体内和配偶间的器官间呈规律性地起伏。探讨了规律发生的过程和起因。
A group of blister beetles Epicauta mannerhimi, collected from fields and fed by semi-artificial diet, was divided into A, B and C groups, representing the pairs of finishing mating, the pairs of being reared seperately for 4 days after mating, and the males and females that did not mate during the experiment respectively. The beetles were dissected and cantharidin content of each organ was detected. The results showed that, cantharidin contents regularly went up and down in the organs of each sex and between the opposite mates. The process of the changing regularity of cantharidin contents. The cause of formation of the regularity were disscussed.
