对我国西部大开发的背景、难点及战略思考

Reflection on the Background,Difficulty and Strategy of the Western Development of China

探讨了西部大开发的难点 :经济比较落后、经济存在二元结构、基础设施薄弱、社会服务体系不完善、教育科技和文化落后等 ,为此 ,有针对性地提出在政策、战略、科技和教育等方面进行开发的方略。

This paper discusses the difficulties in developing the west of China, that is, the backward economy, the dualistic structure in economy, weak infrastructure, imperfect social service system, backward in education, science and culture, and etc. Therefore, this paper pertinently puts forward the methods of development in policy, strategy, construction of infrastructure, adjustment of industrial structure, and developing science and education, and etc.
