试论西部开发中的资本市场培育

On the Cultivation of Capital Market in the Western Development of China

在分析西部资本市场的现状和发育滞后的原因的基础上 ,指出促进资本市场发展是缓解西部资本短缺状况的当务之急 。

On the basis of analyzing the status quo of capital market and the reason for being left behind in the western areas, this paper puts forward that promoting the development of capital market be the urgent affairs to relieve the condition of lacking of capital in the west, and several countermeasures in cultivating capital market in the west as well.
